Private Charter

  • The Government has been reviewing the feasibility of relevant social distancing measures and will make adjustments on a timely basis in view of the latest epidemic situation. Any customer who is boarding or on board a chartered tram shall comply with the latest requirements and restrictions under Cap. 599 thereof for the time being in force.

 

  • The charter is under individual name and the nature of the charter is only for private parties / gatherings.
  • Hiring is subject to a first-come-first-served basis.
  • Advanced reservations will be accepted 2 months prior to the hiring date (from the first day of the month).
  • Full payment shall be settled at least 7 working days prior to the hiring date.
  • The ‘Real-time Reservation’ is confirmed only when online payment is successful.
  • All tram tours shall depart from and end at the Whitty Street Tram Depot. Two additional boarding and alighting points during the tour are allowed respectively subject to prior approval from Hong Kong Tramways. (Request should be made at least 2 working days prior to the hiring date.)
  • No inflammable objects, loud hailers or banners are allowed.
  • No promotional activities, publicity, filming or any other activities / announcement to public are allowed.

  • The charter is under company name and the nature of the charter is only for private parties / gatherings.
  • Hiring is subject to a first-come-first-served basis.
  • Advanced reservations will be accepted 3 months prior to the hiring date (from the first day of the month).
  • Full payment shall be settled at least 7 working days prior to the hiring date.
  • The ‘Real-time Reservation’ is confirmed only when online payment is successful.

Any customer who is boarding or on board a chartered tram shall comply with the latest requirements and restrictions under Cap. 599 thereof for the time being in force.

 

  • The charter is under company name and the nature of the charter is for promotional activities, publicity, filming or any other activities / announcement to the public.
  • Hiring is subject to a first-come-first-served basis.
  • Advanced reservations will be accepted 2 months prior to the hiring date (from the first day of the month).
  • Full payment shall be settled at least 7 working days prior to the hiring date.
  • All tram tours shall depart from and end at the Whitty Street Tram Depot.
  • Charges for banner display on both sides of the upper deck are included in the hiring charges.
  • Banners should be hung on the tramcar body with strings only.
  • No inflammable objects, loud hailers or electrical generators are allowed.
  • No promotional activities, publicity, filming or any other activities / announcement to public are allowed unless prior written permission of Hong Kong Tramways is obtained.
