The "TramOramic Tour" provides 2 sightseeing routes taking you to Hong Kong’s main attractions and landmarks. You can either hop on at Western Market, Sheung Wan or Causeway Bay. Commentary in 16 languages is broadcast throughout the journey, including English, Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, French, Russian, Arabic, Filipino, Hindi, Bahasa Indonesia, Malay, Thai, German and Italian.

The Ding Ding Qipao Tour is a unique cultural experience in Hong Kong combining a ride on the city’s iconic open-top tram and a traditional qipao rental. It’s perfect for tourists and locals alike to immerse themselves in Hong Kong’s vibrant heritage.

Each pass includes:
1. An one-hour TramOramic Tour at 16:15 (from Western Market Terminus to Causeway Bay Terminus)
2. Qipao/Cheongsam rental from Yan Shang Kee (latest dress-up time is 14:15)
3. Extended Qipao/Cheongsam return to the following day (return time: 10:00-12:00)
4. Access to Salon Lanson for clients who purchased this tour on 17 May - 17 Aug

TramOramic Tour 
TramOramic Tour operates 2 routes:
1. Western Market Terminus (308 Des Voeux Road Central, Sheung Wan) --> Causeway Bay Terminus
Departure times: 10:00 / 13:45 / 16:15

2. Causeway Bay Terminus (88 Yee Wo Street, Causeway Bay) --> Western Market Terminus
Departure times: 11:00 / 15:00 / 17:30

*Please arrive the terminus 10-15 minutes prior to the departure time

Ding Ding Qipao Pass

The "TramOramic Tour" operates every day of the year (except regular maintenence days).

TramOramic Tour
We recommend booking at least 10-14 days in advance to secure your spot. Full prepayment is required during booking, and you will receive a confirmation email once payment is completed.

Ding Ding Qipao Pass
We recommend booking at least 10-14 days in advance to secure your spot, you will receive an acknowledgement email once we receive your booking request.

Your booking will only be confirmed once at least 8 customers have signed up for the same tour. If the minimum number of participants is met, you will receive a confirmation email at least 5 days prior to the tour date. If not, you will be notified of the cancellation via email, and a full refund will be arranged.

TramOramic Tour
You are highly recommended to make reservation online. Last-minute tickets will be sold on board the "TramOramic Tour" tram if seats are available. Seating is on a first-come-first-served basis and priority goes to passengers who have made advanced online booking.

Ding Ding Qipao Pass
Advance reservation is required, no walk-in tickets will be sold.

Only fixed-date TramOramic Golden Tickets are available, which also offer you unlimited rides on regular passenger tram service on or before the date shown on the front of the ticket.

Your booking will only be confirmed once at least 8 customers have signed up for the same tour. TramOramic Tour
No cancellation or refund is allowed.
You could reschedule your tour by sending request to tramoramic@hktramways.com at least 1 working day prior to your original departure.

Ding Ding Qipao Pass
No reschedule, amendment or cancellation will be alllowed once confirmed.

Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above

- “TramOramic Tour” will stop service if Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is issued or the Hong Kong Observatory announces that Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above will be issued within 2 hours before the departure.

- “TramOramic Tour” will resume normal 2 hours after Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is lowered.

Red/ Black Rainstorm Warning Signal

- “TramOramic Tour” will stop service if Red/ Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued before the departure.

- “TramOramic Tour” will resume normal 2 hours after Red/ Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is lowered.

However, “TramOramic Tour” already in progress should continue except for situations which endanger passengers and warrant immediate termination of the Tour.

If you could not join the Tour because of the above weather conditions, you may reschedule your tour by sending request to tramoramic@hktramways.com within 3 days of your original departure. Requests will be processed for at least 1 working day and subject to availability.

TramOramic Tour
Child tickets are available for children aged 4 to 11 years old. Children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the tour. Children below the age of 4, if accompanied by an adult and not occupying a seat will be carried free of charge. No more than one child could be carried free of charge for any one adult.

Senior tickets are available for elders aged 65 years or above with a valid HKID. Such offer is only available on board.

Ding Ding Qipao Pass
No child or Senior tickets are available.

Hiring period of daytime charter: Refer to the 6 daily departure times (minimum of 1 hour)

Hiring period of night time charter: Available daily from 19:30 to 24:00 (minimum of 2 hours), no audio guide nor welcome pack

The Qipao is rented for the duration of the tour and must be returned to Yan Shang Kee boutique between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm the following day. 

Late returns will incur a fee of HKD 200 per day. Being late by one hour will be counted as one full day. If you anticipate being late, please contact Yan Shang Kee at +852 9411 2706 via WhatsApp. 

The HKD 800 deposit will not be refunded if the qipao is returned damaged or stained. We recommend handling the garment with care to avoid additional charges.
